Our membership charges are as set out in our site and may change from time to time; there may be different categories of membership. Our membership charges are annual and are payable in full in advance for each year (by using the payment procedures set out on our site). We will remind you by e-mail shortly before your annual membership is due to expire. In the event that payment for the next year's membership is not made by the date when your existing membership expires, your ability and right to access our site will be de-activated until your membership fee for the forthcoming year is paid. All amounts payable for membership or other uses of our site are exclusive of any VAT thereon; we shall provide an e-mailed receipted VAT invoice as soon as possible after any payment is made to us which includes any VAT element.

If you are a business, these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
