    4. where a person with a user account for our website accesses the "Browse Member Profiles" function on our website, that person can access the name, organisation and profile summary of any other person with a user account for our website who has chosen to make their ChairX Profile public.

We may also use your data, or permit selected third parties to use your data, to provide you with information about board positions and services which may be of interest to you and we or they may contact you about these by post, email or telephone.

We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.
